How It Works
Simple. Here is what happens after you place your order.
I pack it myself here in Charlotte, NC. Usually within 24 hours. Then I hand it off to USPS or UPS — whichever gets it to you fastest based on where you live. Most customers in the contiguous US get their kit in 3-5 business days.

Two ways to get free shipping. Spend over $35 in one order — two kits does it. Or subscribe and from your second order onward shipping is always on me.
Processing Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST Monday through Friday usually ship the same day. After that or on weekends they go out the next business day.
If you need it faster flip on the Priority Processing toggle at checkout. I'll pack yours first thing the next morning. +$2.97.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & US Territories
I ship there but carrier rates are higher so shipping is calculated at checkout based on your exact location. The flat $4.97 rate and free shipping thresholds don't apply to these locations.
International Shipping
Yes I ship internationally via USPS First Class International for packages up to 4 lbs. Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Package Protection — $0.99
Carriers make mistakes. I've seen packages get lost, stolen, or damaged and there is not much anyone can do about it after the fact.
For $0.99 you can add Package Protection at checkout. If something goes wrong I'll replace your order immediately. No fighting with the post office. No waiting.
Without it I'll do everything I can to help track it down but I can't guarantee a replacement if the carrier marks it as delivered.
Honestly — it's $0.99. Add it.

Wrong Address?
Contact me immediately. Once the package leaves I can't stop it.
Call or text 980.494.3073 right now. Don't email — I might miss it before the truck leaves.
If it already shipped via UPS and needs rerouting UPS charges a $35 intercept fee. I have to pass that on to you. USPS packages unfortunately can't be intercepted once they're in the system.
Lost or Delayed Package?
If your tracking looks stuck or something seems off contact me as soon as possible. Don't wait 15 or 30 days. The sooner I know the better chance we have of finding it.
Check your Track Your Order page first. Most "stuck" packages are just waiting to be scanned at the depot.
