How to use the kit.
It takes 20 seconds. Here is exactly how I do it.
01
The Roll-On Goal:
Stop the odor before it starts.
Step-by-Step:
- Start Dry: Use it on clean, dry feet. If you just walked around barefoot, wipe your soles off first so the roller stays clean.
- Don't Be Shy: Roll it generously over the heel and the ball of the foot.
Crucial Step: Swipe it between your toes. That is where 90% of the odor hides. - The 5-Second Count: Let it air dry for 5 seconds. Once it feels cool and dry, put your socks on. You are set for the day.
02
The Spray Goal:
Kill what's living in your shoes.
Why at night?
We spray at night so it has 8+ hours to work and dry completely. You wake up to fresh, clean shoes.
How to spray:
- The Angle: Tilt the shoe so you can spray deep into the toe box (where your toes live).
- The Dose: 3–5 sprays per shoe is plenty. Don't soak them.
- The Smell: It will smell strong like alcohol for about 5 seconds—that means it's working. It disappears quickly.
Four things that make it work faster.
Small habits. Big difference.
The "Fresh Start" Rule
If your shoes are old, the odor is trapped deep in the foam insoles. The spray works wonders, but for best results, buy a cheap pair of new insoles ($10 on Amazon) to give yourself a clean slate.
Cotton vs. Polyester
Synthetic socks trap heat and sweat. Cotton or Wool socks let your feet breathe. Switch to cotton if you can—it makes a huge difference.
Give Them a Day Off
Bacteria loves moisture. If you can, rotate your shoes. Don't wear the same pair two days in a row. Giving them 24 hours to dry out prevents the "swamp" effect.
The Sniff Test
Don't be afraid to check. Take your socks off after work and smell them. 99% of the time, they will smell like... nothing. Just clean laundry.
