Don't worry. This usually means I just printed the label and packed your box, but the carrier (USPS/UPS) hasn't scanned it at the depot yet. Give it 24 hours to update.
📦 Status says 'Delivered' but it’s not there?
Check the side door, the planter, or ask a neighbor. Sometimes drivers scan it as 'Delivered' a few hours before they actually drop it off.
