The 4-Point Heel Reset
Four things keep your heels rough. Most creams fix one.
That's why nothing you tried lasted. Here are all four, and what handles each.
The buildup
Hard, dry skin piles up on your heels. It's thick and stiff, so it splits when you walk.
The barrier
Cream can't get through hard skin. It sits on top, feels nice for an hour, then nothing changes.
The dryness
Dry skin needs water held in. 30% urea pulls moisture into the skin and holds it there.
The time
Cream on during the day rubs off in your shoes. At night, with socks on, it gets all night to work.
The file and roll-on handle the first two. The cream and socks handle the last two. That's why it's a kit, not just a cream.
The step that makes the cream work.
Most heel creams skip this step. The Heel Softener gets the hard skin ready, so the cream can actually get in.
Rolls on right where it's rough
The roller goes on your heels, the sides, or the ball of your foot. Anywhere the skin is hard and dry.
Thin, so it soaks right in
A gentle form of urea softens hard, dry skin. It's light and goes on like water, so it soaks in fast.
Dry in about 60 seconds
File first. Roll it on. Give it a minute to dry, then go to the cream.
30% urea. Made to work overnight.
A rich, thick cream that goes on after the softener. Socks on, and it works while you sleep.
The main ingredient: urea
Urea pulls water into dry skin and holds it there. Ours is 30%, on the strong end for foot creams, made for thick, rough heels.
Thick on purpose
Shea butter and mineral oil help hold the moisture in. Be generous and work it in.
Works while you sleep
Put it on right before bed, so it gets all night to soak in.
How To Use It
Every night, right before bed, for softer, smoother feet.
-
01File
On dry feet, gently file the rough spots: your heels, the sides, or the ball of your foot. Brush off the dust.
Tip: Go easy. Take off what comes off easily, then stop.
-
02Roll On
Roll the Heel Softener onto the same rough spots. Let it dry, about 60 seconds.
-
03Cream
Massage the cream into the same spots. Be generous. It's thick on purpose, so work it in.
-
04Wrap (optional)
On extra rough nights, slip the foot wraps on over the cream.
Tip: Wraps are slippery. Always wear your socks over them.
-
05Socks
Put on your Cotton Spa Socks, and you're ready for bed.
In the morning
Take off the socks and wraps. Toss the wraps, wash the socks. Once your heels feel smooth, 2 to 3 nights a week keeps them that way.

Common Questions
Straight answers. No fluff.
Does it actually work?
Most heel creams sit on top of hard skin. This kit softens the hard skin first, so the 30% urea cream can get in and work overnight.
My Promise: Give it 7 nights. If you don't feel a difference, email me within 30 days and tell me what happened. I'll refund you.
Do I need every step?
The file, roll-on and cream are the routine. Each one has a job. The file takes off what's loose. The roll-on softens what's left. The cream holds the moisture in. The socks keep it on your feet. The wraps are for extra rough nights.
My heels are really bad. Will it still help?
Thick, hard heels are what it's made for. Use the wraps the first few nights and go easy with the file. If a crack is open or bleeding, go easy on that spot and skip the wraps that night.
I have diabetes. Can I use it?
Urea creams like this one are a normal part of foot care for a lot of people with diabetes. Your feet just need a little extra care, so check with your doctor first, and go extra easy with the file.
Is it OK for sensitive skin?
Try it on a small spot first. If it stings or turns red, stop and rinse it off with cool water. The cream has a light lavender scent. The roll-on is unscented.
How long does one kit last?
About 35 to 40 days. Every night for the first week, then 2 to 3 nights a week once your heels feel smooth.
Is it just for women?
No. It's for anyone with dry, rough heels. People on their feet all day, people in work boots, runners. Rough heels don't pick a side.
How much is shipping?
Free on every Heel Reset Kit. We pack orders in Charlotte, NC, usually within 24 hours, and it normally arrives in 3 to 5 days.
