The MyFootology Promise
I built this kit to work. If it doesn't work for you I don't want your money. Simple as that.
1. Used the Product and It Didn't Work?
This is the guarantee that matters most.
Give it a real shot first. Use both the Roll-On and the Shoe Spray every day for 7 days straight following the routine in your guide. If you still don't feel a real difference after 7 days here is what to do:
Email care@myfootology.com and tell me what happened. That's it. No complicated process. No jumping through hoops.
I'll refund the full product cost to your original payment method.
A few things to know:
- This applies to your first order only. One opened kit per customer.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- You have 30 days from delivery to reach out.
2. Unopened and Unused Product?
Changed your mind or ordered too many? No problem.
Just make sure the safety seal is intact and the product is in its original packaging. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

Return shipping is on you. Once I receive and inspect the items I'll refund the product cost to your original payment method.
3. Damaged or Wrong Item?
Open your box as soon as it arrives. If anything is leaking, broken, or wrong email care@myfootology.com or text 980.494.3073 within 48 hours.
Include a photo of the issue. I'll send a replacement immediately at no cost to you. No questions asked on this one.
4. A Few Exceptions
Gift Cards — non-refundable. No exceptions.
Bulk Orders — orders of 3 or more kits are considered stocking orders. If returned they are subject to a 20% restocking fee since pulling that volume affects our inventory significantly.
5. When Will You See the Refund?
Once I process your request you'll get a confirmation. The refund goes back to your original payment method automatically.
Banks and credit card companies typically take 5-10 business days to post it to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since I confirmed your refund and you still don't see it reach out at care@myfootology.com.
