How to Cancel
Log into your account at myfootology.com. Go to your subscription settings and cancel directly from there. No emails required. No phone calls. No forms to fill out.
It takes about 30 seconds.
Your payment details are stored securely and you'll only ever be charged on your scheduled renewal date. Nothing surprise. Nothing hidden.
If you run into any trouble just text or email us at care@myfootology.com or 980.494.3073 and we'll take care of it for you right away.
When Does It Take Effect?
Cancellations are effective immediately.
Here's what that means depending on timing:
If your next order hasn't processed yet — cancel anytime and you won't be charged. Done.
If your order has already been processed but not shipped — contact us immediately at 980.494.3073. We pack fast so text us right away. If we catch it before the truck leaves we'll cancel the order and refund you in full.
If your order has already shipped — we can't stop it at that point. You'll receive the order and the refund policy applies if you don't want it.
The safest window to cancel is at least 48 hours before your next renewal date. That gives us enough time to make sure nothing slips through.
Not Ready to Cancel? Try This First.
Before you cancel consider these options. You can do all of this directly from your account:
Skip an order — need a break for one month? Just skip it. Your subscription stays active and resumes the following month.
Pause your subscription — going on vacation or stocking up? Pause it for as long as you need. Resume whenever you're ready.
Change your frequency — want it every 45 or 60 days instead of 30? You can adjust that too.
Refunds on Subscription Orders
If you cancel before your order processes you will not be charged. No refund needed.
If you cancel after an order has already been charged please refer to our Refund Policy for next steps. The same 7-day guarantee applies to subscription orders.

I'd rather you pause or skip than cancel entirely. But if the kit isn't working for you or the timing isn't right — cancel without any guilt. That's why I made it this easy.
