1. How It Works
We keep it simple. Here is what happens after you click "Buy":
- We Pack & Ship: We process and pack your order within 24 hours.
- Carrier Handover: We hand it off to USPS or UPS.
- Arrival: Your kit arrives at your door in 4–7 business days.
2. US Shipping Rates (Contiguous 48 States)
We offer transparent flat-rate options. For Standard Ground shipping, we select the most efficient carrier (UPS or USPS) based on your location.

3. Non-Contiguous US & International
We bring freshness everywhere we can.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & US Territories:
We ship via USPS Ground Advantage.
Note: Standard $6.97 flat rate and Free Shipping offers do not apply to these locations due to higher carrier costs.

International Shipping:
We ship to eligible countries via USPS First Class International (for packages up to 4 lbs).
Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
4. Processing Time
We move fast so you don't have to wait.
- Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (Mon-Fri) usually ship the same day.
- After Hours: Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will ship the next business day.
5. 🛡️ Package Protection (Highly Recommended)
Shipping carriers make mistakes. We offer affordable Package Protection to save you the headache of fighting with the post office.
Why add it?
If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, and you have Protection, we will replace your order immediately—no questions asked.
Cost:
- Orders $0 - $99.99: Only $0.99
- Orders $100 - $299.99: $1.99
- Orders $300+: $2.99
Without protection, we will do our best to help you track down a lost package, but we cannot guarantee a replacement if the carrier marks it as delivered.
6. Important Policies
⚠️ Need to Change Your Address?
Please contact us IMMEDIATELY. Once a package leaves our facility, we cannot stop it.
- Call or Text us (don't email, as we might miss it in time) at 980.494.3073.
- The "UPS Intercept" Fee: If the package has already shipped via UPS and needs rerouting, UPS charges a $35 Intercept Fee. We have to pass this fee on to you.
- USPS: Unfortunately, USPS packages cannot be intercepted once shipped.
Lost or Delayed Packages?
If your tracking looks stuck or your package is missing, please contact us ASAP. Do not wait 15 or 30 days. The sooner we know, the better chance we have of finding it. If you wait too long (30+ days), it is often too late for us or the carrier to help.
