How To Use It
Every night, right before bed.

01Soften First
For best results, roll on the Heel Softener and let it dry, about 60 seconds.

02Cream
Massage the cream into the rough spots. Be generous. It's thick on purpose, so work it in.

03Wrap (optional)
On extra rough nights, slip the Overnight Foot Wraps on over the cream.
Tip: Wraps are slippery. Always wear your socks over them.

04Socks
Put on cotton socks, like our Cotton Spa Socks. They keep the cream on your feet so it works all night.
Once your heels feel smooth
2 to 3 nights a week keeps them that way.

Does it actually work?
Most heel creams sit on top of hard skin. This one has 30% urea and works overnight. For best results, use the Heel Softener first, so it can get in.

My heels are really bad. Will it still help?
Thick, hard heels are what it's made for. Go easy with the file, and if a crack is open or bleeding, go easy on that spot.
I have diabetes. Can I use it?
Urea creams like this one are a normal part of foot care for a lot of people with diabetes. Your feet just need a little extra care, so check with your doctor first, and go extra easy with the file.
Is it OK for sensitive skin?
Try it on a small spot first. If it stings or turns red, stop and rinse it off with cool water. The cream has a light lavender scent. The roll-on is unscented.
Is it just for women?
No. It's for anyone with dry, rough heels. People on their feet all day, people in work boots, runners. Rough heels don't pick a side.
