Do I need a cream too?
Yes. The Heel Softener is step 1. It softens the hard skin. Step 2 is a cream that holds the moisture in, and that's what makes your heels soft and smooth.
Our Cracked Heel Foot Cream is made for it. The Heel Reset Kit has both, plus a file, wraps and socks.
Does it actually work?
Most heel creams sit on top of hard skin. The Heel Softener softens it first, so your cream can get in and work overnight.

My heels are really bad. Will it still help?
Thick, hard heels are what it's made for. Go easy with the file, and if a crack is open or bleeding, go easy on that spot.
I have diabetes. Can I use it?
Urea creams like this one are a normal part of foot care for a lot of people with diabetes. Your feet just need a little extra care, so check with your doctor first, and go extra easy with the file.
Is it OK for sensitive skin?
Try it on a small spot first. If it stings or turns red, stop and rinse it off with cool water. The cream has a light lavender scent. The roll-on is unscented.
Is it just for women?
No. It's for anyone with dry, rough heels. People on their feet all day, people in work boots, runners. Rough heels don't pick a side.
